Can we have Automation Process in WMS for Stock transfers

Hi WM experts,

Is It Possibel to have Automatci Creation of To and confirmation for Stock transfers from one SLOc to another SLOc in case of Manual Bin allocation at Issue & Receiving Storage Location

Are there any constraints having Auotmatic confirmation of TO for Stock transfers, Post Change notices, GR for Purchase Order & GR from Production Order. ( No Strategies have been applied)

Please advise on the above points
