Transfer Orders Stuck between QM & WM

Postby Athoms01 » Mon Oct 21, 2002 4:10 am

I have created an inspection lot for a purchase order and made the required Usage Decision against the inspection along with the stock posting.

If I then go into LU04 the posting is stuck with a movement type of 321, it does seem to progress automatically.

Is there some configuring in WM we have missed ? We can write a program to push these posting through but would prefer a standard SAP solution.

Thanks for any replies in advance.

Hi,

SAP Standard Program RLAUTA11 is used to Create TO`S in background for Post change notices (Movement Type 321) . To acheive this U have to do the following Config

1.Logistics execution --------Warehouse Mangament ------activities-------Set Up automatic creation of TO / Post cahnge notice.

a) Here Create a Indicator against a warehouse in Contraol data
b) Go to movemnt type 321 for the wahredhose U want to configure and set the indicator created above in Automatic TO
c) U can schduel this in Background too
d) U can set the Mail messages in case of any errors.

I hope the above solution meets your requirements

Venkat

Thanks for the reply. I checked that config and it seems OK. Same thing happens when we post to blocked although this time the movement type is 309.

Any other ideas ? Thanks again and in advance.

Hi,
Check in IMG : Log. Exec./WM/Interface/Define Quality Management

1. Define inspection sample control
Define per warehouse QM control (such as 01) , insp. Sample handling = 3 , F/B = D

2. Define storage type search … : I hope it’s ok.
3. Activate QM int. Storage ... : fill in QM control for your warehouse 01.

Please let me know if it is ok, (we did have also some problems upgrading to 46C from 3.1I regarding sampling and ….)

Kind Regards,
Saeid
