Moving Average Price in sales order/billing

Postby charlieclown » Tue Jan 06, 2015 10:47 am

I've tried looking for an answer to this in a number of palces but can't see anythung anywhere which answers teh proceise question. So I hope someone here can help:

Goods are purchased into stock and cost is mainatained in the Material master as Moving Average Price (MAP) - let's say the MAP is £100.

The MAP is copied into the Sales Order as the VPRS cost condition in pricing.

When the Sales Order is then picked for delivery, a specific batch is allocated to the delivery through picking.

That batch was originallly purchased in at an actual price of £105.

So there is a variance in the cost between the actual purchased prioce and the MAP of £5.

Does this £5 variance get 'flushed out' anywhere in the end-to-end sales process (e,g, at PGI or billing)?
