Dear experts,

what 's the differencebetween sales office and sales group, what is sales group based on?

if I have domestic sales and export sales, should I define at sales group level?

From a hierarchy or organization standpoint, sales groups report up into sales offices. The definition of these varies by company and are typically driven by how the Sales Dept. wants their reporting set up.

You can also use them in access sequences to help determine (for exmaple) prices. But as sapsd622 saysm they are usually used for reporting.
