Spec. Val. Source(T682Z-QUDIW)- how to maintain value

Postby WNF2121 » Mon Dec 08, 2014 4:13 am

hello expert,

I'd like to maintain constant value on Spec. Val. Source (access sequence V/07) with not equal value.
This if MWST access sequence with the 3rd key combination (export).
Rather than maintaining all destination country value, I'd like to maintain something like 'NOT EQUAL ID'.
Meaning, any export to any destination country beside Indonesia, will pick up the value.
Attached is the screen shot.

appreciate your input.
thanks.

Hi

I don't think it is possible to use QUDIW exclude certain values in the access. SAP is using the value of this field to form the varkey string to look up the condition table.

To do what you want, suggest you have a requirement routine created that first checks the source and destination countries are not the same ( just like routine 8) and then check for country not equal to which ever you like. Then assign this new requirement routine to the third access of MWST

8 ) without space between the 8 and the ) gets converted to this smiley 8)
You can disable smileys in your message if you want to avoid this.

Hi

Thank you Gothmog. I am a wiser man.

WNF2121 - now that I think about it, I think you maybe able to do this without a requirement routine. What you really want is that if country = indonesia to not charge export tax. What if you create a MWST condition record for Indonesia with a tax code that gets a 0% returned from FI?

hi Frank,
Thanks heaps for your reply.
I decided to use both table 002 for domestic and also export. I've created table 9xx w.r.t. 002 with exactly same fields
Then assigned existing requirement routine for each table. meaning,

10 Table 002 Domestic Sales Routine 7 (to check it's domestic sales)
20 Table 910 Export Sales Routine 8 (to check it's export sales)

With this, I'm not using table 11 --> don't have to maintain by destination country.
Routine 7 and 8 will be the main control then

cheers
