Auto copying of delivery qty as pick qty for delivery

Postby subodhd » Mon Mar 24, 2014 11:11 pm

Hi
We are on ECC6 and for the testing purpose if I have 3000 lines in the delivery and want to just copy all the delivery qty for all the 3000 lines as the pick qty in one go, is there any short cut or transaction whereby system will copy delivery qty for all lines into the pick qty?
All lines have item category that is relevant for picking so picking is mandatory before I can post goods issue.

Else one has to waste a lot of time in cutting and pasting 3000 lines from delivery qty into pick qty - one screen at a time in VL02N transaction.
Thanks

If you don't use WM anywhere, you can turn off 'relevant for picking' on the item category. Otherwise output EK00 will do it for you.

we dont want to turn off picking relevance as the items are actually relevant for picking,
just checking if there is any option where we know that we have done 100% picking, is there any short cut/ button etc whereby system will auto copy the delivery qty into pick qty.
there is a option to adopt pick qty as delivery qty but not the other way round in the edit menu in vl02n.
