Availability Check at Storage Location Level

Postby STPE12 » Fri Jul 26, 2013 8:33 am

Dear All,

During availabilty check on Sales Orders, i noticed that SAP is first executing the availability check at plant level, and then, at sotrage location level.

Is there a way to bypass this check at plant level and force availability check at storage location only ?

Here a specific case for which I search this solution :

I have a material with 100 Units in Storage location LOCA and 100 Units in Storage location LOCB.
Due to stock scrapping, i have a sales order pending with 215 confirmed units on storage location LOCA
If i create a new sales order of 10 Units on this material for Storage Location LOCB, the availability check fails even if 100 Units are available on this Storage location. (Because of the first check at plant level)

Thanks a lot.

No - at least not without modification of the standard.
