Scale in VK11 cannot be set

Postby GreenGreen » Thu Jul 11, 2013 12:28 am

Dear Experts,

I have no idea on how to set up Condition Type PR00 with Scale in VK11.

The requirement is: a material in Unit Min.
Within 0-60 Min, the charge is on a fix amount of $300.
That is, if the SO on this material is 5 min, then the sales price is $300.
If the SO on this material is 55 min, then the sales price is also $300.

If quantity > 61 Min, the charge is on pro-rata basis, $5 per min.
That is, 61 min --> $305, 90 min --> $450.

I tried to set as follows:
Scale qty: Blank, UoM: Min, Amount: $300 per 60 Min
Scale qty: 60.01 UoM: Blank Amount: $5 per 1 Min

But error formed.

Is there anyone know how to set this in PR00 Scale please?

Thank you.

Hi

I don't think you can do what you stated with just a single condition type/record given that you have on the one hand a fixed amount and then a charge by quantity. Suggest you break it up into 2 condition types ( condition supplement would probably be the best way to go ). The first piece will have the fixed amount $300. The second piece will have an ascending quantity scale where from 0 to 60 the value is 0 and from 61 onwards the value is $5 per min.

Dear Frank.

Thank you for your reply.

I eventually use a user-exit to set subsitution rule on the minimum amount, and then use Scale to solve the problem.

Thank you.
