Multiple Legal Regulation Screening in SAP GTS

Hi,

I am working in GTS 10 and having a new requirement

Currently we are using, ECCN based screening for the customs document. Now business is looking for ECCN Based & HTS based screening for Export Customs document for certain countries. I was told that GTS 10 has the capability to enable multiple Legal Regulation screening. Would like to know any body has some insight or step by step guide which will help to configure and enable this capability, please help.
