Hi,
I create a discount price for my condition record in product hierarchy.
I put the discount for the 1st level is 5% ; 2nd level is 10%; and 3rd level is 15 %.
But when create a sale order, it's showing calculating only the 3rd level.
How can I make it calculate also the 1st level ?
Can anyone help me ASAP.

Hi
Have a look at your access sequence. If you have PRODH3 as first access then PRODH2 and PRODH1 respectively, that would explain why you get the third level only because it will get a hit on the first access and stop. If you want the discounts from each level to be added then you need to remove the exclusive flag to make that happen. On the off chance that you are using access type A in your access sequence for product hierarchy. It is the priority assignment that usually saids to take the discount from level 3
