Error in File ReadText: Invalid argument for databa

I'm using Crystal Reports 2008 version 12.3.3.812.
Running from crystal report using function Read_Text is okay.
But when loaded on Business Object and run from it.
It had an error of Invalid argument for database.
Any idea why this error occurs?
