how to apply note 1646084

Hi,

I installed Business explorer by specifyng the Bo folder, so normally it is installed with Bo but it will not work and i have exactly the same error message as in note 1646084.
I am very new to BO.
If i go to CMC webpage under application i can see explorer but if i clic on properties i get a
type Exception report

root cause

Stop SIA seems to be equal to stop all the servers manually from task manager so i can do it.
but i can understand this one:
recreate SIA with a temporary CMS. on the Business Intelligence Platform Administrator Guide i cant find this information.
nor elsewhere on internet. Could anyone give me a hint?

For those who came through the same issue.
connect to unix as boadm and start scripts serverconfig.sh. Then you have to follow the different question which are pretty similar to the note.
The rest is quite easy.
