I'm using Business One!!!

Just wanted to post in here to say that I am using Business One and am grateful for this forum being here as I am teaching myself to use it (as my bosses think this is the best, read cheapest, way to use the software).

I want to be able to throw questions at people here as i am on limited time technical support with the supplying company.

So, are there many people that visit this forum that would be able to help me?

I'm starting to use SAP Business One and have some questions and no one to help me . Anyone can tell me when should i use in the item master record the options Factor 1, Factor 2, Factor 3 and Factor 4 in the Sales Area? What is the function of theses fields?
