Hi,
Apologies, I am an EHS newbie.
Can you print a EHS Incident/Accident form - i.e. that displays all the information on a single incident?
I have found a few reports, but I'm looking for more information about one incident/accident.
Thanks
Hayley

Re: Form for Incident/AccidentHi Hayley,
Not sure what you already looked at, however, it is possible to export incidents/accident from the hit list(!) (transaction CBIH82) into an Excel spreadsheet. Menu path: Incident/accident log > Export Note that the export function is grayed out in the menu when you are in the actual incident/accident. The function module behind this menu option is configured as a user exit. IMG: Environment, Health & Safety > Basic Data & Tools > Basic Settings > Manage User exits Export of incident/accident log data: User exit cat.: IAL_EXPORT User exit: IAL_EXPORT Function module: CBIH_LB14_UE_IAL_EXPORT Copy, adapt and assign the function module to you needs in case more information is required in the export to Excel. Kind regards,

Re: Form for Incident/AccidentHi Hayley,
Another option to print reports would be to make use of WWI (Windows Word Integration). WWI needs to be set up separately before you can use it. In order to print an individual report, a report template (Tx CG42) and a generation variant (Tx CG2B) have to be set up. (You'll have to create so called symbols for the template. The symbols will be replaced during report generation.) Once this is done, you can access and print the required report with transaction CG54. The reports can also be send using the report shipping functionality (Tx CVD1).
