Hello,

I disagree with that. Of course you can try to learn SAP by yourself. There is a lot of stuff in the internet (you can start at SDN, newsgroups, Academy Cube...).

But you should get a job with SAP first. Say that you are willing to learn. You must have a system to use your knowledge. And what do you want with SAP knowledge when you have not a SAP Job?

So I think your on the right way:

1.) Education general (done)

2.) Job

3.) SAP knowledge

Do not spend a penny (or whatever is used in your country) for SAP education before you have a job. And if you have one normaly the education is paid( in my organization it is so). Another advantage.

I do not understand why a lot of people in India want to spent their own money to learn SAP without the guarantee to get a SAP Job. The only place where you can find a SAP system to use your knowledge is a company who uses one. And you have to learn in real life, because in a SAP course (from SAP) everything is allright (release, patch level, rights, customizing...). In real life it is not.

Greetings
