hi all SAP experts here in sapfan club

i need ur suggestion pl..

actually i hv done my BE in E&TC n working with BSNL for almost 4 yrs..now i want to switch to SAP world as i hv some knowledge of SAP world due to involvement of CDR project running in BSNL..

so frds what should i do further to be a professional SAP CRM Functional consultant....is there any material frm which i can start or whatz d way..

pl looking forward for ur suggestion...

He means we'd prefer if you used full words instead of abbreviations such as 'hv', 'pl', or 'ur'.
As per the guidelines in the forum's rules (a recommended reading):
Don't use WEBese or TxT MsG styles of writing

ok since you have shown the right amount of remorse without being maudlin I will provide a couple of genuine pointers:
1. help.sap.com
2. sdn.sap.com
Last but not the least: you decide which sap-way is best for you. I have seen people with experience in specific business areas choosing sap modules relevant to their experience... so you may want to make a decision based on your current experience. Good luck.
