Record live Presentation/ training?

Hi All,

i want to record a presentation online of somewhere one hour. What tool can i use to record it. can someone suggest?

I'd rely on old tested material which has which has withstood the vagaries of time -- Papyrus !!

Above reply is for post appearing in GD forum.

For the usual stuff, camtasia comes to mind.

Moved from GD forum to here. You might get serious replies here. In GD you wouldn't.

An hour of video is quite a bit of storage space. Why not just record this as an AVI or MPG on your desktop?

Then all you have to do is find a place to host the vid. Or you can use an app like DropBox to share it.

Camtasia Studio is great for this. I've heard that MS Expression Encoder is also pretty good but I've not used it myself
