Career change advice

Hello everyone,

I have been working on microsoft technologies since 4 years.

My Functional description includes development,support,maintenance,generating reports,web designing etc..

Now i am planning to move to SAP.. from the last 2 years i am working only on the maintenance ,generating reports,web designing and support only..but no development.

I need some advice which module to go..according to my experience...

And i am working in UAE. Here i dont know howz the market trend outside
