question

Why SAP ABAP?
There are 10's of 1000,s of ABAPers in the market that means it is highly competitve. would be very hard for someone with no skills and no experience to crack a very estalished market! however if your company is going to develop, train you and give you experience, that is something else.

but moving away from "well reputed organistaion" into the unknown could be a disaster!
Very few companies will take certification over experience... and if you are somewhere gaining experience, it is worth more than training and certification can give.

It makes no difference! no experience will mean next to no opportunities!

if you can get a job on a graduate program, you may just be able to get experience! but qualifications are irrelevant!

i am a qualified chef and have no formal qualifications, yet my current role is Development, Integration and Data Migration Lead. I have worked with SAP for over 10 years and am on my 9th Project.
I know people with MBAs that can't even find a job at the moment as the qualifications are no longer anything special!

it is about being in the right place to get the opportunity then the rest is down to apptitude, attitude and hard work!
