SAP ABAP

Postby jmuthukumaran » Mon Jul 11, 2011 6:19 am

Hi,
I am new to this forum. Currently working in SAP Business Objects Data Services(ETL tool) for 2 yrs. I like programming so i am very eager to learn SAP ABAP. I just want to know is my career growth will be good in SAP ABAP rather than SAP Business Objects Data Services?

I would appreciate your advice.
Thanks,
Muthu

i think Business Objects would have the larger growth area.
there are lots of very good ABAPers out there and also some bloody awful ones too! i count myself in the latter, but i am working on that! :)

I am yet to find an experience BO consultant on any project i have worked on. i would suggest staying with what you know, but there is no harm in learning new skills on the side.
