ISU - Industry Solution - Utilities.

In the UK, this is the process where we outsource a project which goes horrifically over budget. I pay for this out of my tax money. In the end, they roll out a solution and I end up paying more for my simple utilities to cover the overspend. This is in addition to the tax portion.

I then have the benefit that if I wish to query my bill (which is completely hosed), I speak to the developers cousin on the second floor who is in Support who gets angry at me because I cannot understand what the hell he is saying. The conversation normally ends up "Is there anything else I can help you with today innet"

Hope that helps.
