Which OS to install SAP on to learn?

which OS should I install/learn SAP on based on current trends/Future?
Unix?
Linux (which Flavor?)
NT? 2000? 2003?

Any help is appreciated.

Platform does not matter , Unix or Windows or whatever.

It only matters if you are interested in learning Installation SAP Basis .

If you want to learn SAP programming or any Business area, it does not matter what the OS or DB is.
