recover the sap* in order to connect SM to a client

Hi Folks,

i need help on recovering my sap* user of my solutions manager. I need to connect my solution manager to my client and according with the documentation i´m using for it i need to copy a client first and then login with that client using the sap* user.

I deleted this user when i was trying to recover his lost password.

there is any idea or walk around?
