charm reports show blank for business processes

We are creating change requests from a solution for a respective business process steps So business process is automatically mapped to the change request ,which we can see in change requests customer fields tab.

I am running /TMWFLOW/REP_REPORTING report in se38 which gives most of the tabs Business
Process(text), Process step(Text),Solution, etc blank .It's the same even for list from CRM_DNO_MONITOR tcode.
I want to know, how to retrieve this details from backend into the list or how to debug the same.
