Hello,
I’m installing and setting up the Service Desk on my Solution Monitoring system.
I’m able now to create a support message in my satellite system with menu action “Help ïƒ Create Support Messageâ€. The message is put in the queue and could be edited in the tr-Solution_Manager under the Item “Service Desk ïƒ Messagesâ€. When I open a message I’m able to change the status of the message form “New†to “ in progress†etc. but the item “Confirmed†is always gray!
Could anyone explain to me how I or the end user could confirm the message?
I couldn’t find a detailed description about the process flow only a global one.

edit the following object:
S_RFCACL
Fields:
ACTVT 16
RFC_CLIENT 001 ( your cl. no. of Solman )
RFC_EQUSER Y
RFC_INFO *
RFC_SYSID xxx ( SID of your Solman server )
RFC_TCODE * ( all transactions, it's harmless on solman )
RFC_USER Leave this field empty
You are done.
