You cannot make changes to partner function PR

Hello!

PROBLEM
In transaction DNOTIFWL there appears message when trying to change 'Person responsible' field with the value which already has been there once:

**You cannot make changes to partner function PR
**Message no. DNO075
**Diagnosis
**Partner cannot be changed due to settings in Customizing.

As a result value can't be changed to the value which has been there earlier once.

EXAMPLE OF PROBLEM:
First value: XXX -> ok
Update to second value: YYY -> ok
Update to third value: XXX -> error message

Any tips for correction or workaround?

Here's the solution:
change of customizing:
1) start transaction DNO_CUST01
2) mark line: "SLF1 Service Basis Message (ABA Messagage)"
3) double click on "Partner Functions"
4) mark line "SLF1 PR Processor Notification Processor"
5) push button Details (CTRL+SHIFT+F2)
6) set the field 'X' "Func. Changeable"
After this you should be able to change the processor without an error
message.
