We are trying to implement the Service Desk feature of the SOLMAN.
We established a trusted releationship RFC between our Productive and SOLMAN systems.
Now when a user clicks Help/Support Message, the SOLMAN system receives the message.
My question is :
Is it possible for the user to be notified for the status of his message,
by mail or by his SAP business workplace, and this to be done without creating an account/user for him in SOLMAN.
Or is it possible for the user to enter a transaction in the Productive system and see his message
status from there?

I also want to know is it possible for us to be notified when new message arrives. Because it is hard
to enter SOLMAN and refresh the list of messages all the time
