Hi
I need to use solution manager to blueprint the SAP FICO reports available in SAP for about 20 countries. So there would be several generic reports and several country specific reports.How do I do this?

Blueprint related things are part of the Document Management functionnalities in SolMan.
Maybe you should start from from there : first configure the Document Management in Solman and read the documentation
