Early Watch Reports in SolMan 7.1 SP4

Hi,

we have setup some EWAs in our SolMan and we see the Sessions in the workcenter. But if I click the session ID in order to view the report, a new IE windows pops up and closes immediately again.

Whats going wrong? Missing permissions? I tried "SAP_ALL", problem is still there....

Any ideas?

do you have the correct workecentre permissions? SAP_ALL does not provide it all....

Hi,

I got all permissions starting with SAP_SM*
Which permissions are needed for Early Watch reporting?

Are you using IE ? what is the version ? Also check your MS word version and Plugin....
