How to calculate the n/w bandwidth for PI interfaces

Hello,
Our client asked us to calculate the network bandwidth for PI interfaces. The scenario here is all the legacy systems such as MES/SPTS systems are in one location and SAP landscape is in another location.
The distance b/n the two locations are 350 KMs and we need to calculate approximate ICMP traffic /Bandwidth based on the below interface transaction volume & Frequency.
