how to use PP01

Hi,

Can any one guide on how to use PP01

Following is my requiremnt

User A at position 50000yy1 is assigned under node with org unit(O) as 50000xx1.
Now I wish to move this user under node having org unit(O) as 50000xx2

Can any one please guide me in using PP01 for the same. I have not used it before.

I have used PPOMA for the same.

I understand that its not advisable to simply drag & place the users betwen the nodes via PPOMA

Q2. If a user leaves organization or is being moved to other department & is no more required in organization structure, what is the option available for deleting the user. Is there any sequence that needs to be followed
