Self-approved SC Report

Hi, Hope someone out there can help.

I'm trying to find a report that will show me which Purchase Orders have been created with self-approval.

We use SRM 2.0 and the extended classic scenario. Some of our end-users have self-authorisation rights and our external auditors have asked for a report that will show the shopping cart number, user and the PO that was created.

I can run workflow queries that will show me which carts triggered the self-auth workflow but that doesn't tell me which orders were created when the workflow was complete.
