Functional/Technical gurus,
Any help would be appreciated for finding out how to grey out the Ship-To Address when in 'Shop (One Screen)' link so that the user is only able to pick from the available addresses and is not able to change any field values after clicking the binoculars as this will impact the PO.
Thanks in advance!!!

Sounds like an authorization issue. I don't see anything in PPOMA_BBP that would relate to you situation. Have you implemented the standard SAP SRM roles or did you role your own? I think that is where you problem lies.
Regards, Dean.
