this escalated a bit: today i was not able to login to sapfans anymore. i did not get an error-message, just that eerie display of the forums index without being logged in. after solving the matter by deleting the sapfans cookie (actually i deleted all cookies just to be sure) also this matter here was solved.

when i was stranded without being able to login i searched all forums for similar symptoms and found none. so i would like to add some keywords for all others who face the 'decay' of their cookie:

sapfans login logon impossible error cookie.
