Senior SAP FI/CO Business Analyst (Perm Position)

This is a permanent position for a Senior SAP FI/CO business analyst located in the Greater Toronto Area. This position will be responsible for defining and establishing the business processes and SAP configuration necessary to support our Financial Applications. The Finance applications include General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, Treasury and Controlling including BU profit centers, internal orders and profitability analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:
* SAP implementation experience at a Senior Lead level – minimum 10 plus years experience with 5 plus Global ERP implementation projects through the entire project lifecycle (Preparation, Design/Blueprint, Build/Realization, Final Prep/Testing/Cutover, Go- Have experience in: Multi company code, sales area, & divisional environment; Multiple countries & currencies
* SAP FI/CO implementation experience at the business and configuration level – 3 plus Global FI/CO implementations
* Have an expert knowledge ideally in FI – GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, EDI, Lockbox, credit card application is required
* Extensive integration experience with SAP modules – CRM, SD, MM
* Leadership of a financial team including project planning and management experience for a broad financial scope
* Direct working experience in the Services Business with thorough knowledge of the Service Business Sector processes, best business practices internal procedures and organization controls
* Team planning in accordance with SAP's implementation methodology
* Demonstrated expertise in initiating and managing systems implementation
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident and credible working with VP level clients (senior positions)
* SAP R/3 configurations in FI/CO, training, project lead and coordination, and documentation of development projects.
* Work closely collaborating with project managers and process analysts in full life cycle SAP Order to Cash implementation.
* Business process analysis, system design, technical specifications, project implementation, documentation support, and integrated test designs and implementations.
* Have hands-on familiarity with the ABAP programming language, User Exits & BADIs, BAPI, & substantial debugging experience is nice to have
* Have experience in: Multi company code, sales area, & divisional environment; Multiple countries & currencies;
* Be required to define business requirements, create technical specifications, and support testing is critical in this position.
* Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms are required.
