SAP Specialist PM/PU II
We are seeking an IT professional to provide first and second level technical SAP support for all CLIENT production plants, in the areas of Plant Maintenance and Purchasing. Work closely with the Maintenance, Purchasing and Materials Services departments to support current functionality, process improvements, and new projects. Provide user training for users of SAP.

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day the following areas in SAP:
• Maintenance Notifications & Orders
• PM Technical Objects, Planning & Preventive Maintenance
• MM. Planning, & Purchasing for Maintenance Materials
• Purchase Requisitions & Orders for Indirect Materials
• Scheduling Agreements for Direct Materials
• Purchasing Reporting Support through our Corporate BW reporting tools
• EDI for Purchasing Documents
• Corporate Master Data for Suppliers
• Vendor Master


Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field or 5-10 years of equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years working with SAP PM and MM-PU modules
• Knowledge of:
o SAP Enterprise Asset Management
o SAP Materials Management
o SAP Vendor Master
o SAP IDocs
o EDI Concepts and Standards
o Technical understanding of SAP (programs, function modules, tables, ABAP code, user exits, etc.)
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment.
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, computer skills, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good business acumen.
• Good documentation skills.
• Ability to work with and apply defined methodologies.
• Travel as required
• Sponsorship is not available for this position
• This is not a consulting assignment
