You will be set up for success with all of the tools needed to fully market BayForce’s service offerings and craft solutions to meet your clients’ needs. You will be charged with further developing current clients as well as identifying new clients throughout the Midwest region. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the sales and account management functions for assigned clients as well as business development to identify new clients locally and regionally.
• Identifying stakeholders, relationship building, client requirements gathering and crafting SAP solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
• Working independently with guidance from leadership to identify the needs of the clients you are developing and sell BayForce’s services as a solution.
• Coordinating with the experienced delivery team on identifying the best talent to meet the clients’ needs.
• Providing account management throughout the recruiting process as well as maintaining relationships with the client managers consistently.
• Position will require 25-30% estimated travel locally as well as regionally.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience selling IT staffing, managed services and/or project services
• Strong client account management skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven success working in a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated experience with solutions based problem solving
• Proven ability in adapting to dynamic environments
• Strong desire to outperform and succeed in an ever-changing market
• Excellent written and oral communicative skills
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience selling SAP services a plus
• Strong PC skills, Outlook, Word, VISIO and PowerPoint a plus
• Recruiting experience a plus
