SAP Post Implementation User Support

BayForce’s Client is implementing SAP and is in need of Super Users for post-implementation go live support in multiple functional areas. This position will involve training users on site through their day to day activities utilizing SAP. Troubleshooting and assisting with escalating technical issues to senior leadership and technical support. They will also be preparing and delivering several lunch and learn training sessions. There are multiple openings starting immediately. Traveling expenses may be provided on a case by case basis and there are multiple shifts available!

Duration: 4 months
Locations: Naperville, IL and Cincinnati, OH
Work week: 5 days on-site
Start: June 4

Skill Sets (Must have one of the following):
• Warehouse Management
• Inventory Management
• Production Planning
• Sales and Distribution
• Order to Cash

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of hand’s on SAP experience as an SAP Super User, Business Analyst, Tester, Trainer, etc
• 2+ years of experience utilizing at least one of the following tools within SAP: Warehouse/Inventory Management, Production Planning, Sales and Distribution and Order to Cash
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to train users on the system
