You must have:
- Extensive IT architecture experience with at least 5 in an SAP environment
- 3 end-to-end market/site implementation project lifecycles
- High level of expertise / proficiency in IT required with a broad knowledge of IT applications, integration, data and technology. Ideally the candidate with have strong working knowledge of SAP in the context of manufacturing and supply chain.
- Experience of the delivery of architecture within a programme environment
- Proven success in the delivery of complex IT projects and services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Practical experience of implementation of continuous improvement and design/architectural methodologies e.g. Six Sigma, TOGAF.
- High level of expertise / proficiency in IT required with a broad knowledge of IT applications, integration, data and technology.
- A proven ability to lead others to success in a line and matrix manner (with a wide range of skill sets – business, technical, project). Combines strong goal focus, collaboration and teamwork. Strong experience of the delivery of architecture within a programme environment
