Control charts sampling procedure

All,

Iam trying to create an Inspection Plan for control charts and have selected the control indicators for SPC inspection , sampling procedure.

I have created a sampling procedure with valuation mode : SPC Inspection , Sampling type : Fixed Sample

Control chart type : Shewhart chart for x bar - USA .

When i am in the Inspection Plan sample screen Iam not able to select the sampling procedure i have created above. The SPC criterion is selected for Task List characteristics.

Can someone please advise on this . I would like to test one control plan for SPC inthe sandbox to start with but any suggestions would be helpful since i am implementing control charts for the first time

Folks , got the answer for this

The control indicators for each control chart is maintained in configuration in the SPC section of QM . Based on this the MIC can be created with the appropriate control indicators and sampling procedure etc.

this issue can be closed .
