Typically, you would assign a sampling procedure. In the sampling procedure you select the valuation mode which tells the system how to valuate the characteristics. Most people use a valution of either mean value in tolerance or attribute code.

SAP Fans,
Craig, thank very much for your respond.
I have try to create the sample procedure.
If I fill the sample Qty=2, Valuation in result recording automatically update and I fill the sample Qty=1, Valuation in result recording not update.
Any customizing setting for valuation?

Thanks and regards,

Hi,

Did you check the user settings in QE51N? Tab: Recording configuration, eg. aut close when saving.

I'm not sure what you mean by this:

If I fill the sample Qty=2, Valuation in result recording automatically update and I fill the sample Qty=1, Valuation in result recording not update.

It sounds like when you put in the value of 2 for... what? units inspected? that it automatically valuated but for a 1 it did not.

If that is the case, it sounds like the system worked and that whatever you set up is looking for you to inspect 2 items. When you only record that you did 1, it won't valuate because it is expecting 2. When you enter 2, it does, because that is what it was expecting.
