BUS2105 Wrong event when change PR

Hello,
I have a problem with BUS2105. When the requisitioner chenges PR, workflow create message "PR is relesed" and the process is completed. This is not normal and I don't know what to do. Please help!

I saw in SWEC a process BANF->BUS2105->RELEASED->on change and I deleted it. Now the workflow is working fine.
