Workflow when price changes in a Sales Order

Postby Elsali » Mon Apr 05, 2010 6:04 am

Hi !!

I need to generate a workflow in the case of a change in the price. This is possible or I have to use an Userexit?

Thanks in advance,
Elsali

You could use Business Object - BUS2032 and then event CHANGED.

When a Po Price gets changed , u can trigger an event using change document type ( Tcode : SWEC ) eikenerg or something similar to this will be present . In the condition editor check the condition where po price old is different than the po price new . But this will get triggered only when the po price is changing .Create a custom event in bus2012 and trigger that event . i guess you can use that event to trigger the workflow . i hope it helps ...

Thanks

tirthankar007 I think Elsali was asking when the SO price is changed not PO price. SO Business Object is BUS2032.

Elsali,
I think you can copy the BUS2032 changed event and modify to just fire the event when price is changed. Put the event as the triggering event for the workflow.
