Variables & transaction calls

Postby Deeler Stan » Tue Feb 23, 2010 1:57 am

Guys

I know for many of you (if not all) this will seem a trivial question, but I've been asked to create a workflow which is my first and very simple, in that it sends an e-mail to the sap inbox, Even I managed to do that.

I've created my workflow and start-up class, where I have a material number and description.

Now for the difficult bit (for me), I want to place the material number and description in the e-mail body and also attach an option to call MM02.

Any help and pointers would be gratefully accepted.

OK Guys

I've moved on a bit.

I now have my class in the workflow container and made a bind in the start workflow. But when I get to my e-mail part, the instance of my data has gone.

Any ideas on whawt has happened to it, and what I have to do to get it back.

Also still need to find out how to add an MM02 link to the email.

Below is a (sort of) diagram of my workflow which is very simple, but not so when you don't know what the heck you are doing.

Start
workflow
|
|
email
workflow
|
|
End
workflow

It's as simple as that

Wow

I just did a bind in the email line and the data is OK, I assumed that the initial bind would give me the data in all sup objects of the workflow process.

Now all I have to do is link MM02 to it and I'm done.
