workflow not working for all alerts

Hi all

I have a strange situation in that a manager has left the company and one of her colleagues should receiving all her workflow items like overtime, holiday requests and expense claims, as a delegation has been set up. However, the substitute manager only receives leave requests and no other items. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure how you do the delegation, but you can try to maintain substitute for the manager.
Login to the Manager's sap, go to SBWP -> Settings -> Workflow settings -> Maintain Substitute.

All the work item and mail from the manager will appear in the substitute's inbox.
