PO Trigerring event RELEASESTEPCREATED get deactivated

Postby Robeth » Thu Oct 04, 2007 4:47 am

Hello, please assist. I have the following scenario.

When running workflow for PO Release with more than one approver, the Trigerring event RELEASESTEPCREATED get deactivated as soon as 1st Approver releases the PO. The PO is therefore not advanced with dialog to the 2nd Approver. How do i resolve this issue?

Kindly assist.

Thank you.

Hi Robeth

Did the PO released after it got deactivated?

What other steps you have after the PO release?
Try remove the steps after release and see if you still have this problem.

Hi, I managed to overcome the problem by changing Error feedback to Do not Change linkage . However, I get the following error even though the process get completed: Would appreciate your assistance.
Error processing following event linkage:
BUS2012 RELEASESTEPCREATED WS20000075

Following error occurred:
SWF_RUN 594

Message text:
Import container contains errors (are any obligatory elements missing?)

Event container appended as attachment.

Event linkage with errors deactivated.

In our system, when the release PO workflow starts it has to receive a value to fill mandatory container element ReleaseCode; it this doesn't happen eg if the workflow is started from SWUE without this event parameter set, the workflow will deactivate itself. Perhaps something similar is happening in your system.
Using SAP R/3 version 4.7 BASIS 6.20 under SunOS on an Oracle 10.2.0.2.0 database
