authorizations for storage location

hello .... acording to M_MSEG_LGO object we can limit users to work with different Storage Location, but when it does limit one per Plant. How to proceed to limit a user to be able to work only with a Storage Location among others in the some Plant ...? thanks in advance ... !!!
