restrict PT_QTA10 access based on time admins

hey great ones.... am stuck so can some one help me please?
Here goes:
1. I have set up time admins for entering cats data and activated the p_orgxx to restrict access of these admins to their respective employees only. it all works fine.
2. Now they need access to the report pt_qta10 for checking the leave balances of employees.
3. tried adding it but it is giving me a lot of grief, I mean it is failing coz there is no access to a std sap delivered admin group. I mean if I have to give that access then the restrictions based on time admin will be no good..

So is it possible to restrict access based on time admin for this report or not? can any of you advise/confirm/help in this regard please?

ok guys here goes:
1. Could not solve the darn auth-restriction issue for pt_qta10.
2. so I went the adhoc query way ... it worked like a charm..

so security gurus: am assuming pt_qta10 is not for users with restricted access as it is linked to time eval directly and also allows for projection of balances et al,.. now is this correct? and i also believe that the only restrictions you can put in is via structural auths,.. and not the p_orgxx... am i correct? wanted to confirm for myself based on your inputs.
