CUA and passwords resets

hi

I seem to be having an issue with resetting password from CUA to one of our specific systems. We currently have 65 different clients attached to our CUA, and I am only having an issue with this one system. Password reset on CUA is set to everywhere.
Anyone has any suggestions?

Check SCUL for any errors/warnings, check RFC destination (ping and auth check)
