SAP roles that start with /

Hi All
Please can someone let me know if SAP roles that start with a / are SAP standard roles or not?
Can they be used and can we make changes to them?
Please advise asap.

Hi,

/ roles are roles that are within a reserved namespace & can be for things like vendor plugins, different sap functionality etc.

Treat them as you would any other standard delivered role. At the least I would expect you to copy into your own naming convention, assess that they meet your criteria and modify as appropriate.
